TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

Before August 15, 2025:

  2. Submit (optionally) abstracts in one of the working languages by attaching them to the registration form.

CONFERENCE PUBLICATION PROPOSALS

  1. The conference will result in the publication of an electronic collection of abstracts, which will be published on the website of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, and the electronic collection of materials will be sent to all participants. The terms of publication are listed below.
  2. Participants have a priority in publishing their articles in the journals of category B of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine:

  1. The Organizing Committee will recommend that the authors publish some abstracts in the format of a chapter in an international monograph.

FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants of the conference are exempt from paying the organizational fee. Other expenses related to participation in the conference are covered by the participants independently or at the expense of the sponsoring party.

ABSTRACTS FORMATTING

The abstract content should correspond to the conference scope. The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not correspond to the conference scope and requirements outlined before, do not contain academic novelty, or have signs of academic dishonesty based on the results of the double peer review.

Volume: from 3 to 7 full pages of A4 format (297×210 mm), portrait orientation, all margins 2 cm, paragraph indents: 1.25 cm, line spacing: 1.5, font: Times New Roman, size: 14. The document should be in .doc or .docx format (can be created in MS Word).

Place the figures in the text, wrap the text at the top and bottom, and center the alignment. Under the figure, indicate the numbering in italics and font size 12 (Fig. 1.) and the title and description (if necessary), aligning in the center.

When using tables, it is necessary to indicate the numbering above them in italics and 12-point font size (Table 1.) and the title aligned in the center. The font size in the tables is 12, and the interval is 1. For formulas, use the internal formula editor of Microsoft Word. References to sources in the text should be made in APA 7th. Full references should not be included in the page count.

The structure of the abstract:

The name of the abstract file must include the author’s surname (Example: Shevchenko_title of abstract).

– Full name of the author in bold, right-aligned with no more than 3 authors are allowed.

– Information about the author(s), alignment to the right:

first line academic degree and academic title (if any),

second line position and organization represented by the author,

third line e-mail in italics.

All the above information is in 14-point font and with a line spacing of 1.

Next, at an interval of 1.5, the following is indicated:

– The title of the abstract (bold, all capital letters, center alignment).

– The main text: relevance of the chosen research topic, aims and objectives of the research, research methodology (materials and methods), results and discussion of the research, conclusions, and prospects for further research on the specified pedagogical problem, references.

Next, at an interval of 1.5, the following is indicated:

– The list of references should be drawn up in accordance with APA 7th (in alphabetical order), and references to sources in the text should be in parentheses (Lee, I., 2022, p. 137).

– Length of the report: from 3 to 7 pages.

– The minimum number of sources that have been published over the past ten years in the list is 5.

For authors with no academic degree, after the list of references, the information about the supervisor is indicated in 1.5 line spacing: Full name, position and place of work, academic degree, and academic title. This information is placed after the phrase ‘academic supervisor’.
